Helpful Customer Options Available at the Press of a Button

Rowland Water District (RWD) has launched a new online payment portal to make paying for utilities simpler and more protected.

Starting December 14, RWD customers can use the platform to view and pay bills online. The service offers a series of additional user-friendly features, including an e-wallet portal such as Google Pay and Apple Pay and payment notifications or pay by text, on top of the AutoPay and pay by phone offerings customers currently have access to.

“Convenience and accessibility guided our decision-making as we designed this easy-to-use portal,” said RWD Customer Service Supervisor Monica Ulloa. “We value our customers’ time and hope to give them some of that precious resource back so they can focus on more important things.”

To take advantage of this new online tool, all customers will need to re-register with the new payment portal.

As an alternative to the payment portal, RWD customers can pay their water bill by mailing their bill payment stub along with their check or money order in the courtesy reply envelope provided with their bill. In-person payment is also available at RWD’s office. Additionally, a drop-box for after-hours payments is in the RWD office parking lot.
