Online Bill Pay makes it easy for you to manage your Rowland Water District account. The customer portal is where you can view statements, bill history and schedule automatic payments.

Online Bill Pay makes it easy for you to manage your Rowland Water District account. Make a one-time payment or create an account through the customer portal where you can view statements, bill history and schedule automatic payments. Payments made before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be posted to your account on the next business day. Payments made after 5:00 p.m. PST will not be posted to your account for 48 hours. If you have received a disconnection notice, please call our office for payment options. If your service has been disconnected, in order to restore service, payments must be made in person at the District office during normal business hours.

By Mail

Mail your water bill payment stub along with your check or money order in the courtesy reply envelope provided with your bill.

Automatic Bill Payment

Rowland Water District customers may have their water bills paid by direct debit from their checking account. There is no charge from RWD for this service. Click here to complete an Autopay enrollment form. Email a copy of the voided check to info@rwd.org or fax to (562) 697-6149.

Cancellation of Automatic Bill Payment

If you are currently enrolled in the Autopay Program and wish to cancel the automatic debit from your checking account, click here to cancel your Autopay Program.

In Person Payment

Water bill payments may be made at Rowland Water District’s office. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, Visa, Discover or MasterCard.

Drop-Box Payment: The drop-box is currently not in service. To make payments after hours or on weekends and holidays, please make your payment online through the customer portal or by phone at (855) 288-0679.
