Managing and paying your water bill just got easier with the introduction of our new online services.
The Rowland Water District, in partnership with Paymentus Corporation, is now offering e-Payment and
Customer Dashboard services anytime, any day, 24/7.
Customers can now:
- Make a Payment
- View Billing Statements
- Sign up for e-Bill and Go Paperless
- New! Online Bill Payment
You can now make an online payment using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit card, or bank account. All you need to make a payment is your account number, found on your billing statement, the balance owed, and your credit card, debit card, or bank account information.
Make your online payment today by clicking the “e-payment” link below. As another option, you can also pay by simply dialing toll free 1(855) 288-0679 to call a secure automated telephone payment system. Payments made before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be posted to your account on the next business day. Payments made after 5:00 p.m. PST will not be posted to your account for 48 hours. If you have received a disconnection notice, please call our office for payment options. If your service has been disconnected, in order to restore water service, payments must be made in person at the District office during normal business hours.

NEW Customer Portal
The “Customer Dashboard” is an online portal that allows customers to view billing statements, sign-up to receive an electronic bill (e-bill), make a payment, or set-up a recurring payment. To enroll, simply click on the “Customer Dashboard” link below. All you will need to enroll is your account number, found on your billing statement, and a valid e-mail address. It’s that easy! There is no fee for accessing and viewing your billing statements or for signing up for e-Bill. Payments made before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be posted to your account on the next business day. Payments made after 5:00 p.m. PST will not be posted to your account for 48 hours. If you have received a disconnection notice, please call our office for payment options.
