Yes. In accordance with the State’s Executive Order N-7-22 and direction by the State Water Resources Control Board requiring water districts to implement a Level 2 Water Supply Shortage, the Rowland Water District Board of Directors declared a Level 2 Water Supply Shortage effective June 14, 2022.
